Uniphore Raises $260 Million at a $2.5 Billion Valuation

Uniphore has raised a $260 million Series F funding round, bringing the company's valuation to $2.5 billion. The round was led by NVIDIA, AMD, Snowflake, and Databricks alongside NEA, March Capital, BNF Capital, National Grid Partners, and Prosperity7 Ventures, among others.

Uniphore, headquartered in Palo Alto, California, United States, was founded in 2008 by Umesh Sachdev and Ravi Saraogi.
