Cursor Raises $2.3 Billion at a $29.3 Billion Valuation

Cursor has raised $2.3 billion in a Series D funding round, bringing the company's valuation to $29.3 billion. The round was led by Accel and Coatue, with participation from Nvidia, Google, Thrive, a16z, and DST.

Cursor, headquartered in San Francisco, California, United States, was founded in 2022 by Michael Truell, Sualeh Asif, Arvid Lunnemark, and Aman Sanger. “We believe that coding will be the single biggest driver of global productivity over the next decade, and our mission is to accelerate that progress.
